How do we describe our experience with Karen other than outstanding. We were in a situation where we were landlords and our tenants and rental agent were less than desirable . With the help of Karen we were able to locate a new residence for the tenants and concentrate on the process of selling . Karen’s attention to detail went above and beyond . Karen was constantly in contact with us during the whole process and really advertised our property far and wide . Nothing was ever a bother and Karen was always polite and jovial . If we were ever unable to contact her there was always a text message, email or phone message in response There were times when we thought we were never going to sell but Karen remained positive that it would be sold . We were able to get our asking price and settlement was swift and without issues. If you are ever looking at selling your property the first place you should look is Karen McCormick Real Estate without hesitation . Thank you so much Karen for all your support and professionalism throughout this whole experience Della and John Arney

We instantly clicked with Karen when we met her and knew she was the agent for us. Karen sold us our property, then was our agent when we rented it out and our agent when we sold the property. Karen was always fantastic to deal with and her communication was incredible!! We never felt like just a number to her and always felt heard, which made us feel much for at ease. She had our property sold quickly when we needed it to be sold. Nothing seemed too hard for Karen and for that we thank her very much! If you need an agent, look no further than Karen. Her knowledge is impeccable, she is very professional and you can always have a laugh with her too. We would use her again in a heart beat. Thanks so much Karen!

From the moment Karen appraised our property, we knew she was the agent we would engage to sell it. She showed a level of professionalism and expertise like no other. She had sound knowledge of the current market and left no stone unturned. Upon acceptance, Karen worked timelessly having contracts ready for signature within 24 hours. She then co-ordinated a magnificent property detail and professional photography where our property went live online. It was the following day she gave us news of a prospective buyer. Karen's communication skills were exceptional, even in our case when it was after hours. Day 2 of being online, we received the offer that effectively SOLD our property. Karen followed our directions with respected feedback and did not drop below our asking price. Our property was sold in 2 days. To top this off she incredibly struck a deal with a 30 day settlement. Thank you Karen, we will definitely be recommending you to our friends and work colleagues in the future for their property sales.

Karen was easy to get along with and professional in her capacity to help me sell my property. Once an offer had been made she handled this in a very professional and ethical way for both myself and the vendor. Would happily recommend her to help you sell a property.

After 10 years managing my rentals, we have now sold the last of my property portfolio. Your valued advice, management support and diligent service has been valued beyond words. I thank you Karen for your honest appraisals and hard work when taking on inherited questionable tenancies in the beginning, bringing me through VCAT and filling my properties with lovely people. Every sale over the last four years has been highly successful and delivered top end results with this last one surprising me no end. The communication and effort you put in to each, showing how committed you are even after many years in the industry. You still have your drive and love for community and realestate. I truly thank you as I relocate interstate and wish you all the best in continuing the effort you put into to every interaction. Thank you for everything.
