Underpinned by a real estate career some 17 years strong, highly awarded in Sales and Business Development and up-skilled by a host of successful business and property ventures, Sherrie is an integral cog within our Property Management Department and an undeniable asset to our team. Leveraging her innate understanding of growth to elevate client portfolios, channeling the grit of her unrelenting nature to achieve bar raising results, and driven by a hunger for client success, Sherrie’s role as a joint Property Management Director and Business Development Manager injects an impressive tier of expertise into what is already a highly awarded Property Management team and affords our clientele an additional resource when tackling the property investment realm.

Coming from a hospitality background, our Property Manager Lyn has over 10 years experience in the industry, and is always striving to provide the highest level of customer service to all our clients, tenants and landlords. She is responsible for the day to day management of the properties including, but not limited, to the collection and management of rent and payment of accounts. Lyn can always be guaranteed to go “above & beyond” to ensure total client satisfaction.

Working as an assistant to the Property Manager, Alex is largely responsible for the inspections and maintenance of our Rental properties. Having previously been a business owner herself, Alex understands the importance of her role is to give you peace of mind by helping ensure that your property is well cared for throughout the duration of a tenancy.
