Communication, reporting, inspections, tenant applications and general advice is perfect and the exact format I requested it in. Clancy at Kate Storey began managing my rental property in 2022. The previous tenant had left the house in a terrible state, and I was unable to deal with all the problems myself. Clancy organised absolutely everything that needed fixing (basically gutting everything and renovating). She found all the tradespeople and organised all appointments, keeping me fully informed at every step. She understood my hesitancy about new tenants and worked with me at every step. I finally have peace of mind. I couldn't recommend her and this agency more.

We had a lease break situation arise, Alison Parker acted very professionally with her help and guidance with the problem. The tenant was difficult to deal with such as unpaid rent and not releasing the bond. Alison has since found us new tenants, we have found her to be always pleasant and will always respond to phone calls and emails. We will get Alison’s help to rent out our properties in the future.
