Positive experience
I found Niahn very open and friendly and easy to deal with. She was responsive, efficient and readily available, and she worked hard to manage what turned out to be a twisty purchase process. She is a nice person and I felt she genuinely wanted all parties to be happy with the outcome. Also, her local knowledge was great and she was able to provide me with all the information I wanted about the area and the property. I felt confident in dealing with her and I was surprised that such a big purchase for me was accomplished so smoothly and positively in spite of unforeseen complications.
