She went the extra mile (or two)
Kate helped us sell a large undeveloped and unique block on a peninsula. To show the block to it's best effect (and it is beautiful) you need to wander the (up and down) tracks to the waterfront. This required a minimum of a half day. Kate did this for numerous potential buyers and had an affinity for the block itself. We believe this passion showed through to those thinking of buying. She did walk the extra mile or two (or perhaps even more). We would recommend to any potential vendors.

Sale of 4 blocks of land Murdunna

Comprehensive and relationships focussed.
Niahn was always available when we needed to chat and kept us up to speed with the sale process throughout. We listed quickly, professionally and she had contracts on the property within a few days. We had a sale within a week at a price higher than we expected and the cash in our account 21 days later... You have to be pretty happy with that!
