Professional and personable
My experience as an interstate buyer relocating to Tasmania (the Tasman Peninsula) with Niahn was that she acted with knowledge (of the local property market) and displayed total professionalism at all times, however I found her to be a friendly and accommodating agent prepared to assist wherever possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend Niahn to anyone looking to transact property in south-east Tasmania.

Fabulous service and a sale that exceeded our expectations
We purchased through Kate 11 years ago and didn’t hesitate to engage her and her team, initially for our property management needs and eventually for the sale of our much loved property. Their local knowledge is second to none and the team are friendly and professional. The property management team was the best I’ve experienced. Everything went very smoothly with the subsequent sale and we had a contract in less than one week after multiple offers were received within 48 hours. Cannot recommend Kate and her team more highly.
