I would highly recommend you deal through this lovely genuine lady. She is "old school drop tools service" type professional sales woman which is so difficult to find nowadays amongst other real estate agents.

We have had dealings with Kath Freeman since we started looking for a Palm Beach unit in early 2016. Of the various agents we contacted about listings, we noticed that Kath was very knowledgeable and communicative about her market and the region in general. Kath maintained contact with us during the search, showing us some units, and ended up showing us the first of the two units at Royal Palm we purchased. We were very happy with the attention to detail in showing us units to our preferences, and Kath assisted with maintaining the progress of negotiations to a successful conclusion on that first Royal Palm unit. Kath maintained contact with us following the first purchase, and we had indicated our possible interest in a second purchase. Kath continued very professional contact between the vendor and presented us with an opportunity to make a second purchase, which was also successfully negotiated with Kath's assistance.
