Excellent communication throughout the sale of my Mum’s place in Eleebana

We were really impressed with Kathleen when she came over to appraise my Mum’s house in Eleebana. Mum had lived in the house for 30yrs, so I really appreciated the time and effort from Kathleen to bring her up to speed with the process and keep her involved. I have sold many properties over the years and agents can be hit or miss, but Kathleen and Hannah kept me well informed throughout. This was even more important given I was coordinating this for Mum from Perth! Negotiations were a bit tricky, with a contract falling through on T&Cs, but Kathleen kept working hard and was able to find another buyer promptly. I would recommend Kathleen if you are buying or selling in the area, she is honest, hard working and has your best interests at heart, genuinely.
