Couldn't have asked for a better agent with a great outcome!

The first words to my husband after Kathleen had left our home, following an appraisal, were “she was excellent & I know that Kathleen is the right agent for us”. I love to say we weren’t disappointed!!! During the appraisal Kathleen took written notes, observed everything, made comments then proceeded to explain calmly & clearly her selling process with answering any questions we had. There is no ego with Kathleen not once did she go on about how many homes she had sold & the sale prices achieved. Nor did she throw former brochures at us stating how quickly she can sell your home with a queue of people ready to buy or tell us how great she is with lots of ideas for selling. During the whole process Kathleen did not push or rush us to get to market as we were still preparing, constantly received quick communication, great organization well versed with photos, video & open home dates plus a lovely lady to deal with. Kathleen is a true professional with years of knowledge plus experience who will go above & beyond to help you thru every step of the emotional rollercoaster of selling.
