She is a specialist in this area and knows the Norther Beaches offerings very well. She has a great track record of Retirement home sales. The sale of my aged Mother's unit, represented a significant challenge! Kathryn stayed with it through the course of some difficult legal and challenging procedural requirements by the Retirement home and their lawyers. Kathryn was honest and frank and did keep us well up to date on progress and helped us to address each difficulty as it revealed itself. Kathryn is tenacious, ethical and driven for success. I would recommend her for closing sales within the difficult Retirement home sales market-place. Without her, I suspect, we'd still be waiting for a sale of my Mum's unit! Kathryn certainly earned her commission! The unit was sold and Kathryn's handling of all affairs was professional and open.

We had an extended campaign due to the unique nature of the property. We experienced negative market conditions - a federal election, 11 interest rate rises to name a few. During the process, Kathryn Hall and her friendly team, were diligent ensuring the house was open each week, following up with potential buyers and providing feedback on a regular basis - they never let up. At no time was there any pressure to sell below market value. They encouraged us to adhere to our expectations. The marketing campaign was professional with excellent photos and videos. These photos were updated regularly to refresh the listing. Kathryn determined the best time of day to display the house - different seasons require different timing to show the house and property at its best. Communication was excellent. We were advised after each open of the groups coming through and the level of their interest in the property.
