Deciding to sell crept up on us as a couple moving into retirement rattling around in a large home that needed a family to fill the rooms and outdoor area. We started out by looking at different types of properties that we thought we may wish to downsize into. Basically “tyre kicking”; with no fixed timeframe to when we may make a final decision to sell. We met a number of agents during this process. We created a mental position from these encounters.
