We took some time in considering selling our home and through this period Rebecca was very accommodating with providing market data and general information we asked about the selling process. This went on for several months whilst there was no firm commitment in choosing Rebecca as our preferred agent. Rebecca showed great professionalism throughout this process which ultimately gave us a good understanding of how she operated and just as importantly how Rebecca engaged and communicated with her stakeholders. It was through these capabilities that we knew we wanted Rebecca as our agent. Rebecca didn't disappoint through-out the sales campaign as we had imagined was upfront , transparent whilst providing the appropriate level of guidance. Whilst there are never guarantees in achieving your desired outcome when selling property , Rebecca managed the process / us and our product to the highest standard so we were not surprised when the house overachieved on its sale price.

Rebecca Edwards was a true delight to work with on the sale of our family home. After 30 years , putting it on the market seemed daunting to say the least, but from the moment I met her, I knew we were on a winner. In all aspects of the process, from marketing to negotiation she was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, efficient, prompt and above all a great communicator with a fabulous sense of humour.
