We are a couple of expat Australians living in the foothills of the Rockies in Canada. We are getting tired of shovelling snow so we plan to sell our house here and move nearer to a city. I wish we could have Jeanine as our "Realtor". She recently sold our "bolt hole" unit in Berwick. She did a superb job. Firstly she proposed a selling price that we thought was too high but proved to be right. Next the photos of the unit were excellent. There was an aesthetic "issue" with the property that I thought would reduce what we would get. But Jeanine faced this head on and convinced potential buyers that it was not a problem.
