Selling and buying a new home was something we’d been thinking about for a long time however the decision to make the move this year came out of the time we had during lockdown. We met Amanda through inspections and eventually she found the property we loved. We’d have to say, buying through Kaye Charles (and then selling with them too) was much smoother and easier than we thought. Amanda looked after us and was there for questions, direction and honest feedback 24/7 which meant we had answers when we were working through the details. The realestate market is somewhat different with COVID making the viewing and open for inspections quite restrictive however it also made the process more personal which we enjoyed. We’ve already recommended Amanda and Kaye Charles to any friends and contacts thinking of selling as it was easier now than it would be when everyday busy life resumes.
