We used Local Agent finder to locate an agent in the area. We actually chose another agent to start with, and Mark just kept quietly in touch to see how we were going. The other agent wasn't able to find us a buyer, so when the agreement expired we turned to Mark. Mark was very responsive and easy to deal with.
