As Molly famously said 'do yourself a favour'. What a delightful couple - so professional. I am so delighted with the way my property was marketed. In a street where there are 3 other properties for sale (and still are for sale over 6 months now) my house was sold - YES SOLD in 4 WEEKS!!!!! Michael was so caring and eager to sell and get the best price. Doing his utmost to find out all the options available so he would know the answer when a potential buyer asked. Christine was on to everything. Always available to answer my many questions and make me feel calm at a very stressful time. Buying or selling a house can be very daunting. I have bought and sold many houses over the past twenty years and never had such a good relationship with an agent. My Auction on the12th of March can now be cancelled. I couldn't be happier🤓
