I found Kelly to be a caring professional. Caring because she recognised the stress we were under and offered suggestions to help reduce the stress and to how best present the property (but she never pressured us to accept her suggestions). Professional in that researched what was needed to sell the property (and for a realistic price), but at the same time open to other information that we were able to provide.The media used and presentation of the property were very well put together and appropriate. We were constantly in the communication loop, and any queries / issues we had were handled competently, with courtesy and in a timely manner. All in all - wonderful effort Kelly. Thanks

From the first time of meeting Kelly Curmi her professional attitude shone through. She looked and acted just like a woman on a mission, a mission to sell my mother in laws home for the very best price. She had all the relevant information at hand, answered all our questions clearly and precisely and asked poignant questions of us so we could assist her in her evaluation of the property. She was calm and very sympathetic to our position of having to sell the family home in stressful circumstances and she did it in one open house for a top notch price 😁! Her knowledge of the current market was spot on. Kelly kept us informed about how she was preparing the home and what she was working on ‘to get the word out’ about such a unique property. Her advice and contacts about cleaning up after 75 years of occupation was invaluable and very helpful. At every turn Kelly was open and transparent about expectations. I am so grateful to Kelly for the excellent job she did for the family. Her suggestions were always given in a gentle, kind and professional manner. We never felt pressured and when we made requests or suggestions her thoughtful consideration relieved our concerns. She researched the area thoroughly and gave us lots of feed back never leaving us wondering if we had taken the right course of action. Thank you Kelly. You did a fantastic job.
