Patience and positivity!
After what seemed like a quick and easy sale, we were asked for extension after extension for the buyer to sort out legalities on his end. Louisa was able to continue a dialogue with the buyer and then to encourage us to look with confidence towards completing the sale. Louisa is a great communicator, with solid knowledge in Real Estate. Her encouragement and positivity was appreciated.

Communication good
The communication with Louisa was good, but I felt she needed to be more involved with the Sunwater situation (this should have been more up to date attached to the contract) as this caused lots of angst between the Vendor and the Purchaser and their solicitors. We had to extend the settlement date.
