The moment I contacted Melissa she brought together a team with various skills and background in real estate into our home and provided us with valuable suggestions in how to sell our home and the range in which offers would possible fall within. Its never easy to sell a home that we have lived and developed over 36 years. A lot of heart-strings and emotions can pull us in different directions. However Melissa understood where we were coming from and never put pressure on us when at times our expectations were far greater than what the market presented to us.
