She explained the terms, costs and conditions of the sale in clear terms, and she was always available to talk to whether by email or by phone. She was very patient and understanding with my situation, and did her absolute best to help me get the best outcome. She also had a fast turn around, be able to sell our property within a fortnight and negotiating the amount that we wanted for settlement.
