Melissa was absolutely fantastic. Her response times were incredible and through the entire process she was supportive, gave honest and knowledgeable advice and made the entire process easy. If ever I need an agent again I would go straight to Melissa.

Melissa had our place sold very quickly, and with the minimum of fuss. She came to see us and called us several times, keeping us up to date at all times. She was professional and not pushy, and went out of her way to be helpful. She always answered our calls, or got back to us quickly, and answered all our queries.

It gives me much pleasure to write this review. Melissa is a true professional. Not only did she find a buyer for my house within 5 days, she also handled the purchase of the unit that I downsized to. Everything went like clockwork due to her organization skills and both settlements occurred on the one day. Her communication skills are exemplary which made the whole exercise so much easier.

This was the second time we engaged Georgie to sell a property / block for us. As before, everything went smoothly. Georgie is to commend on her professionalism and excellent communication skills. We loved how everything could be signed electronically as this saved many trips to the real estate office and made the process easy and efficient. We highly recommend Georgie at Kemp Real Estate.
