Jade and the Kemp team kept us well informed through the listing and sale process. It was our investment unit so we were mindful not to interrupt the tenant too much in the Open Inspection and Sale process. Jade managed this really well with open communication and respect for the tenant and their space. A great result and to the new owners, Enjoy!

Before my wife Katherine and I came to this beautiful place on the central coast north of Sydney, New South Wales, we lived in the Central West. I was a grazier, Katherine a Medical Practitioner. When I left the land in 2002 I bought this run-down collection of holiday units and amused myself renovating and improving the property. I have relied on the excellent managers I've had to keep the holiday units operating. Last year, a combination of failing health and increasing years made it sensible to sell. Disposing of a property so far from home meant relying completely on the services of the agent. Georgie generated my confidence with her quiet competence and thoroughness. Selling through Georgina was a delightful experience and a profitable one too.

Jade listed our property in Port Lincoln, however the property was sold by another representative from Kemps whilst Jade was on leave. Followup and paperwork was completed on time by Jade overall a good experience.

We just wanted to thank Georgie so much for her help in purchasing the property. She really went above and beyond to help and her assistance, patience and time has been greatly appreciated.
