I am actually very pleased to be able to provide this review for Georgie Kemp: working with her to sell two properties was a very relaxed and streamlined process (despite some significant complications we brought to the table). I was impressed and reassured by Georgie’s consistent professional and optimistic perspective. This matched the reality of our situation as we sold both properties for a good price within a faster-than-expected time frame. Georgie had continued to reassure us from beginning to end due to her accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the current market trends in the area. This was much appreciated (and needed) in the face of the urgency to sell quickly and to appease my concomitant level of stress. Georgie's communication skills were a delight: she went over and above to keep us in the loop, both electronically and by phone on a regular basis. We perceived her as understanding in her approach to us through the process, she explained what was happening and guided us through what was needed to complete all the paperwork and to negotiate with the buyer’s requests and offers. We are an older couple and this was essential for us. Georgie remained respectful and empathic towards us during the process. I perceived her caring attitude as being genuine and also she genuinely shared in our pleasure and excitement at having sold our properties so quickly (yet at the asking price).
