We have been putting off selling our property for quite sometime because we envisioned it being time consuming and difficult, once we finally decided to go ahead with it we discovered we could not have been more wrong. We have been amazed at how simple it has all been. Jade has taken care of everything. Our property was a little more complicated as it was an occupied investment property, Jade communicated with the tenant and kept us up to date all the way. Jade provided an accurate marketing plan which was incredibly successful, the home was sold within a week with only one open house which also exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Jade and Kemp Realestate.
