Jade was friendly, professional and had extensive knowledge of the processes involved. She kept us informed during every step of this process and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and make us feel at ease. Jade did the same for the tenant that is occupying the unit. She went out of her way to allay the fears of this particular tenant. Working hard over the Xmas/New Year period, a lot in her own time, helped to get the contract signed quickly and without a hitch.
