Absolutely brilliant!
We've used Terri to both buy and sell properties in Buderim and cannot recommend her highly enough. The fantastic result we achieved with the recent sale of our unit was largely due to Terri's great client database, her spot-on advice on how to position the sale in a competitive market and help with staging the property. She has a fantastic knowledge of the local market and a great knack for finding just the right property for buyers - and vice versa! Even before the unit had listed, Terri had potential buyers lined up to view it. Terri's warm and friendly manner is very genuine and she was quick to follow up even our smallest queries by email, text or phone. Nothing fell through the cracks. We will certainly use Terri for our next property transaction - she is absolutely brilliant!

Genuine and Informative
My partner and I recently purchased a home for which Terri was the sales agent. We had an excellent experience with Terri. She was warm, professional and responsive to our questions about the property. The attitudes of some selling agents in the current market have been horrendous so it was a relief to find someone so genuine to work with. Terri has been a delight, nothing is too much trouble for her and I would definitely recommend her services.

Brilliant and Outstanding
We have a lot of trust and faith in Terri and as previously, she again produced well above expectations. Because Terri has a tremendous amount of local market knowledge and client base, we did not hesitate to appoint her outright as our sole Agent. Terri sold our land and house in Buderim and a staggered timeline in 2020
Terri was great to deal with; personable, professional and enthusiastic about selling our property. Wonderful to work with
