If all of our experiences with businesses were to the standard provided by Kenny & Hunt we would save a lot of time and energy. Jason was recommended to us by a friend who was aware that we had previously used a well known Macedon Ranges estate agent with clearly little interest in actually selling our property and even less in keeping us informed over a 10 month period. From the moment we met Jason we were clear with regards to the process, expectations and outcomes. Jason's Gisborne office is incredibly well situated to find buyers for the region and prior to our property even being advertised Jason has identified potential buyers (the first of whom actually bought the property). To rate Jason's skill's and knowledge is a pleasure as he over delivered on all of our expectations including timeliness, responsiveness, sales price, commission expenditure and even sorting out a conveyencer. The inspections occurred as promised, Jason followed up with each potential buyer, he kept us in the loop every step of the way and provided a contact while he was overseas. We have found Jason and his agency a wonderful asset during the recent process of purchasing the above property. Having been 40 years since last having to use a real estate agent, and to complicate matters, having this purchase be one a little out of the ordinary with a number of unusual challenges, Jason was most valuable in keeping us informed of our options, possible pitfalls, responsibilites, and liabilities.
