Highly professional and dedicated to please with getting the right result with a price to satisfy.
Jonathan restored my faith in selling my house at the right and reasonable price. My previous agent was unable to sell my house at an acceptable price over a period of three months, and also lacked advice on correct presentation. After two weeks of listing, Johnathan had my house sold, so I could not recommend anyone else for the task.

Above and beyond
Jonathan has worked extremely hard as our selling agent. We have often had communication out of office hours and not once have we had to follow up feedback on inspections. Our home has been presented and marketed at an utmost professional level resulting in a sale reaching more than our expectations. A real estate agent that delivers on a high level of expectations
Jonathan is an excellent real estate agent. With Melbourne experience, he understands expectations of vendors in terms of delivering results with a level of professionalism, timeliness and drive that other agents lack. The sale price target and result was tens of thousands over other agents' price guidelines. Overall, I couldn't recommend anyone else other than Johnathan to sell your home if you want to achieve favorable results and have someone that is on the ball, communicates and presents well and delivers to a high level of expectations.
