Fast effective and successful
Kevin sold out investment property very efficiently. With Kevins knowledge of the property markets in WA and the eastern states, the sale proved to be fast and problem free. From the moment the offer was made and accepted we had no further concerns or worries, until settlement took place. Great communications and easy to deal with
We found Kevin very friendly and not arrogant like some other agents. He knew his market and knew exactly how to get the right buyer for our property. Sale of house in Waikiki
Kevin was very clear in explaining the method he would use to sell the property. This had a specific date that offers had to be submitted by, although the offers did not have to be accepted. I believed this helped potential buyers decide on their offer price and when they would submit it. Kevin achieved the price I expected by the date we had agreed. I'm very happy with the result.
