Completing Certificate IV in Property Service (Real Estate) in 2019, gives Julie the specialized knowledge and skills best suited to successfully manage your property.

Samantha Barker is a highly skilled Branch Manager at the Numurkah office, bringing over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Having previously been based in Melbourne, she has developed a deep understanding of the real estate market and a strong network of professional relationships. As a fully licensed estate agent, Samantha is focused on building strong relationships with clients and excels in effective communication, ensuring that each client's needs are met with the utmost professionalism. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the field, she was awarded Rental Department Manager of the Year at the Property Management Partners awards ceremony in 2022. Now a Numurkah local, Samantha is bringing her skillset and passion for real estate to the Kevin Hicks Real Estate team.
