The decision to sell the property was hard as it was an Estate sale. Ananda was very understanding and explained everything to us, with compassion and expert knowledge of Estate sales. We had an open house and had an offer that afternoon, . Ananda negotiated a great price. The purchasers has a little problem securing finance, Ananda kept us informed and up to date on the progress.
