Ananda was asked to provide an appraisal of my mother’s unit as she had just moved into a nursing home. Ananda was prompt in coming to the unit & also in getting back to my brother and I. She followed up with a courtesy call but left the ball in our court to contact her in the future. Ananda was happy to consider our wishes regarding pricing and appointment only viewing of the property initially. We had a signed offer above the asking price 2 days after it went on the market.
