Ananda and Kate had already successfully sold another Norwood property for us 18 months earlier so we had no hesitation engaging their services again! This property was in a higher price range and was a fairly unique home for this bracket which limited the number of potential buyers when compared to the previous property. Regardless, Ananda and Kate listed our property and worked tirelessly with their team to find potential buyers and work towards a successful sale. Their effort resulted in many inspections, and multiple offers. What struck us was that they didn't slow down once a contract was signed, rather they continued inspections and maintaining leads right up to the point where the contract became unconditional. This was just as well as the first contract didn't complete, in fact due to circumstances beyond any of our control the property actually sold on the third contract... While this may appear negative on the surface, the reality is that you couldn't ask for a better team to be taking the lead as they remained positive and maintained a professional outlook as they pressed on until the sale was finalised.
