When I decided to sell my rental unit in Main Beach I approached both the rental agency and Angie Croy at Keys Realty. I picked Angie based on listings she currently had and sales she had completed - it wasn't a recommendation or referral, just my own research. Angie provided a much higher proposed list price than the rental agency I had dealt with for over 20 years, but importantly she also gave me valid reasons as to why she thought the list price could be met and also why I probably didn't need to do the renovations I thought might be required. She also managed most of the interactions with my rental agency (which was great as they were quite painful to deal with). Angie kept me well informed through the marketing process and was ultimately able to present two unconditional offers - one at the list price and one a little lower. Again, she provided valid reasons as to why I should consider the offer at the list price (even though settlement would be subject to a prior sale and the deposit would be paid via a bond). Angie answered all of my questions and also followed up to allay some of my other concerns - so I went with the higher offer. Settlement went off without a hitch. So her efforts / support / advice, resulted in me achieving full asking price (which was a strong result for the type of unit I was selling). A great result!!
