Selling a property from afar can be a worrying thing to do, especially in a pandemic lockdown. Julia was terrific from the outset and always kept me informed on the progress of all aspects of the sale. These included the preparation of the property for sale including making recommendations to show the property at its best (and I acted on every one of her recommendations), the marketing and her strategies, the timing and outcomes of open days (not an easy thing to co-ordinate during CoVid19) and the comments and feedback from potential buyers. Julia was also very positive about the market during the pandemic, she set a realistic market price with which I agreed and was able to achieve a sale within 1.1% of that target sale price. There was a little hiccup along the way with the purchaser but Julia handled it professionally and was able to achieve an outcome welcomed by all concerned. I would recommend Julia to anyone looking for that personal, professional and optimistic touch which achieves the desired result with a minimum of fuss.
