Rob was my first choice of Real Estate Agent on recommendation of a friend. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. He asked my price and achieved it without any difficulty in a matter of weeks. The price he achieved was well above my expectations. He also had to deal with difficult resident tenants in the property and was able to deal with them in an easy and professional manner. He was up front with his costs and his flat commission rate .
