If we could give 0 stars we would. What is supposed to be an exciting time buying a first house was instead stressful and full of lies and attempted manipulated by Khaled and Area Specialist Rapid Narre Warren. He shows no care or pride in the properties he sells, is unprofessional and will absolutely lie and attempt to manipulate you. Do not trust them and do not use them to sell your house, if you want to buy a house they are advertising good luck. Just to name a few things, misrepresentation of the price expected by the vendors, very obviously edited photos of the property, lack of communication about outcomes of offers. Instead of notifying us that our original offer had been rejected, we found out by looking online and seeing the price range had changed for the property, and then had to contact Khaled who made excuses as to why we hadn’t been told, Holding open houses while the property was under contract. I received a phone call from him threatening to pull the contract if we did not go unconditional, and when I started to tell him that was not ok he connected the call to his car with his daughter in it. Our final pre settlement inspection was forgotten and by the time someone arrived they were 45 minutes late leading to us missing future appointments that day. We never once met him face to face (probably because he didn’t want to face the consequences of his behaviour). We will not be recommending area specialists to any of our friends and family currently looking for a home. The only positive thing they did was provide us many places to review them.
