Sophie Ly has been managing my property in Pyrmont since 2017. Please enjoy the following facts. Fighting the strata and Sophie won!!! Sophie planned ahead before a tenancy expired, getting an approval to replace old carpet by new floorboards. The property looked stunning which attracted a tenant who moved in on the same day of the completion of flooring. She had a pack of Pine-O-Cleen wipes with her on the day of inspection and made the apartment spotless after the cleaners which was truly amazing! Sophie addresses issues promptly and she replies to emails inno time. I sometimes phone her after 5.00 in the afternoon and always get responses. More importantly, I felt flat as the day finished. But I always got charged from talking to her over the phone. She is full of positive energy. Excellent communication!
