Great Agent in Pyrmont
If you are looking to secure the best rental return and best maintenance of your property look no further than Kho & Lee. In my most recent dealing, Kho & Lee were able to secure a new lease within the first inspection at above market rental and with great tenants. Only 1 day gap between old and new tenant in addition to a thorough property inspection report detailing condition of property and plenty of photos for me to see. The team takes pride in their work and always try to go over and beyond to please their clients.

The group advised us professionally and acted courteously. We found Kanharith Kim, Thanh Tran, Sophie Ly of Kho & Lee very helpful, understanding and quick responding. They gave us sound advice and demonstrated that they had good understanding of the rental market. They quickly found us good tenants. This was not our first encounter with Kho & Lee.
