I have been super impressed by Kho and Lee's team of property managers, especially Michelle Law. We have a 1br apartment in Pyrmont St leased through Kho and Lee for over a decade. Our most recent tenant unfortunately started some activities which got the attention of law enforcement. In short the Police kicked the door down and arrested the tenant. So there was damage to the firedoor and some marks on the walls, Michelle and the team sprung into action and kept me abrest of all activites and gave us some options. We decided to end the lease and claim the bond for repairs. While we were fixing up the apartment, Michelle arranged for the carpets to be replaced and the entire apartment to be freshly painted. When it came to advertising on the market, we had an application on the first opening on a saturday and by Sunday we had a signed lease agreement. Brian from the leasing team, along with Michelle worked hard to secure a tenant for $828 a week. Which was a building record for an unfurnished 1br with car space.
