The Marketing team at the Kho &Lee Property Group have provided excellent services regarding promptly finding a new tenant for my apartment after an existing tenant out of sudden broke down the lease. In addition, the apartment has been well taken care of by the Property Manager, Tran since all the maintenance related issues have been carefully identified and fixed before the new tenant moves in. Our experience with Kho and Lee has at all times been outstanding. The agent who has managed our property for a few years now, Linh Toal, has always been available and nothing is too much trouble. She is an excellent communicator and she has given sound advice on all matters pertaining to the rental of our property.
