Not impressed at all. Sold for under 1 $100,000 under the promised amount by Kim, in a area that is literally booming. They had to be promoted to have home open, so subsequently was always advertised late Thursday for a Saturday morning. Was late for every home open with people standing around waiting for up to 25 minutes. Did not list all the attributes the property until we prompted them. Promised a heap of eastern states Investors and came up with 1 who had ridiculous demands like we should do a submission to the council for subdivisions at our cost and wanted 90 day settlement and the offer was$150,000 under the asking. When we finally had an offer it turns out we showed this buyer thru the house as they were late again. When the buyer didn't want to proceed due to cold feet, I had to deal with it and get legal advice as my agent was mostly unavailable in Bali on holiday with no notice of this holiday. When I did hear from him he aggressively informed me that if I let the buyer out of the deal he would come after me for the commission even though the sale had collapsed. I made hours of phone calls to get this offer over the line. KIM TURNER REAL ESTATE done nothing but threaten me over his commission. Even our settlement agent commented that I shouldn't have had to get the deal over the line the agent should have been doing it. When settlement finally went thru he calls me 3 hours after settlement to say congratulations and get his pat on the back of which he done very little for. He then promised he would send someone around our house with a bottle of top shelf spirits for us to celebrate with. Settlement was February and we have never recieved it to date, it's now late October. This man talks alot but did not deliver for us and his fees were the highest out of every other agent we considered and would not EVER have him sell anything for me again.

Kim was excellent to deal with, nothing was a problem, he advertised our property in the right places, unlight my previous agent, we received a large number of enquiries and inspections of the property. I would highly recommend Kim on selling your acerage property as the local agents need a shake up and Kim is the man to sell your property and definitely give them a run for Thier money Highly recommend Kim
