My partner and I are first home buyers. We had been searching online ourselves for open homes and visiting them every week for a few months. We couldn't find anything we both loved for so long. We made some half-hearted offers throughout but were never successful. We had almost given up hope. Luckily, one of the last homes we viewed was being sold by King Company. We fell in love with the first off market listing that we viewed. We made an offer that was accepted. King Company was only ever a call or text away throughout the whole process of becoming unconditional and settling. We wish we had sought them out sooner to save ourselves so much stress and hassle.
