As the sales sign Courtney uses says: "Nobody sells Waterford like Courtney". Courtney King is head and shoulders above any of the sales agents I spoke to in the area. She is a thorough sales professional, her communication skills and her sales approach are amazing. Even though her commission % wasn't the lowest of the agents I approached, I had a 'hunch' and decided to list with her anyway. I am SO glad I did! The result she achieved exceeded my expectations, and was a result above all estimates provided by other agents... and on the very FIRST open day. I cannot recommend Courtney highly enough, and I've learnt yet again: 'you get what you pay for'. Don't even think of using anyone else, particularly for properties in the Waterford area - she's got the area covered.
