Wonderful young lady, great agent, highly recommend
My wife and I engaged the services of Ms KING through the on-line Waterford sales portfolio. Initially, I found Ms KING to be not-negotiable, a touch cocky and a little stubborn, not something I expect to encounter as a law enforcement officer. However, due to her honesty I took a chance. Well, what a God-send!! Ms KING was respectful, wonderful communication skills, very strong emotional intelligence, knows the business and above all else tells the truth. Ms KING could have had an early sale but perservered on our behalf to get a price that was market value and reasonable. Realistic knowledge of the local area
