Very accomodating.
Paul knew what we were after. As soon as we enquired the ball was rolling. He met us out at the farm, explained the current COVID-19 rules, and showed us around. Thanks Paul, we'd happily recommend King & Heath Bairnsdale.

Professional and friendly
Very professional & respectful in all client interactions with a friendly and relaxed approach. His style encouraged confidence and a strong sense of trust and integrity. Paul also was very responsive to queries and clear on processes, which made you feel listened to and supported. We never felt at all pressured in our decision-making and nor did we feel dismissed. Above and beyond.
Our purchase was not without it's challenges but Kirsten did everything that could be expected and more to facilitate the sale. Open and honest are not words that are always associated with real estate dealings but Kirsten was fantastic in keeping us (and the vendor) informed and up to date with all requirements and helped us negotiate a few small hurdles that came along so we got there in the end with all parties happy with the outcome.
