Efficient staff
We have recently made our beautiful beach front home on Hedges Avenue available for long term lease through Kingfisher Realty. We highly recommend the staff who have successfully leased the property at a very satisfactory rate and managed the preparation of the home for the new tenants. Beach front life is unbeatable but harsh on a home and Kingfisher Realty give the attention to detail to maintain the property in pristine condition.

We loved our experience dealing with the team of Kingfisher Realty, and more in particular with Stacey Hanna. Stacey from the very first inspection of the property was very friendly, easy to work with, knew the market well and made us feel very comfortable. The renting process was easy and she kept good communication with us the whole time. Stacey and her team have attended to any maintenance request we have had promptly and efficiently. Terrific experience

Very helpful and easy process!!

Hi- I interviewed a number of local an out of area agents to manage my investment property in beautiful Burleigh Heads. I finally came to the conclusion that Stacey Hannan from Kingfisher had the most all round experience and awareness of market conditions to obtain the best possible rental agreement. My property was leased within a couple weeks of listing with a twelve month agreement. At the same time, I noted others apartments (with other agents) in my block still for lease after months of advertising and rent reductions enticements. Stacey kept her word and managed to get the best result for my property which is well above what other agents had quoted . Well Done and many thanks to Stacey and her team from Kingfisher.
