I met Sam by chance when I went to a very busy open inspection and was impressed with how organised and thorough he was, so when the time came to list my place I gave him a call. Sam did a great job to sell my city studio apartment at a time when city studio apartment sales were very slow. He conducted himself in a very approachable, enthusiastic, honest, patient, thorough and professional manner with timely communication. Never any pressure from him he really showed how an agent should work for the seller to achieve the best result. He did this in a calm and effective way and I felt totally confident in his abilities to not only get the best price possible but to ensure I was happy with ths process each step of the way. An excellent sales professional and a nice guy who is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Sam.
