Luke was always available to discuss matters and if a message was left at his office he was always quick to respond either personally by phone or email. It was a pleasure dealing with Luke Knapton from the outset. We had been thinking of selling for a while, and he gave us helpful, practical advice about how best to prepare for sale, but did not pressure us at all. I appreciated his relaxed style, preparedness to get in and do whatever was necessary (including rolling his sleves up to help get ready for the photos), his sensible, experience-informed advice and general politeness. I imagine nursing homeowners through the process of preparing, showing, and eventually signing on the dotted line can have its challenges, but I always felt respected, and never pressured, through what is inevitably a stressful time.
