Keith was a delight to work with in the sale of my property. He always returned my phone calls within the hour which I figured was an indication that he would do the same for a potential buyer and make the effort in selling my propety. He would diligently call me after every open home and give me an update of the potential buyers. Also he is very genuine, not a pushy sales type, just someone who wants the best for the buyer and the seller. He is always polite and took a real interest in my property. He was enthusiastic and hard working with open house every Saturday until my auction. He worked with me to reach a mutually agreeable sale price and was always willing to hear my perspective on all aspects. Although the property did not realise the price we both expected, this was simply the market and not due to any lack on Keith's part. To sum him up - he is just a really genuine lovely guy. Use him to sell or buy and you won't be disappointed.
