We saw the unit advertised online, and we rang Keith to arrange for an inspection. Keith met us at the unit at the arranged time, and then showed us around the building before taking us up in the lift to see the apartment. He showed us all around the unit, and explained all of it’s features as well as the regular ongoing costs such as body corporate fees etc. This was most helpful, as we have never lived in a unit before. He then allowed us plenty of time to explore the place on our own, which we both really appreciated. We pretty much knew we wanted to make an offer as we both loved the place, but Keith also very kindly took us to view some other apartments, which was most helpful as it gave us a great idea of what else we could get for our money. We then drove back to Brisbane to have a think about it, and rang him again the next day to arrange another viewing for the following day. Again Keith met us at the arranged time, showed us through again, at which point we told him we wanted to make an offer. He then took us back to his office, and did the paperwork while we had a coffee. We then signed our offer, had a nervous wait of 3-4 hours until the sellers returned home, and then Keith rang us & gave us the exciting news that our offer had been accepted. Keith did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and likable. We are both very excited to be moving up to Bribie, and are most grateful that we have had people like Keith helping us out. He is an excellent real estate agent and we would recommend him to anyone.
